How To Apply for Professional Consultations
To be eligible for the lottery, applications must be received in our office by Friday, May 23, by hand-delivery or mail (no email or fax). This is a firm deadline.
Applications must contain all of the following:

Completed application form with a ranking of your meeting preferences |
| 2. |
Payment (by credit card only) for the number of meetings you are requesting |
| 3. |
Copies of an author packet, equal in number* to the quantity of meetings you are requesting (e.g. Send 4 packets if you are requesting 4 meetings.) |
* Each packet must include:

One-page introduction: a brief synopsis of your work and a short author bio |

Copy of a manuscript: up to 10 pages (maximum), single-sided, double-spaced, with your name on each page |
 In early June, we will hold a lottery for the meeting spots. Applicants will be notified of their meeting status by email starting Wednesday, June 6.
If you miss the lottery deadline, please contact our meeting coordinator (see below) to be added to the waitlist. If there is an opening, we will contact you by June 24. (Due to the high volume of calls and very limited number of last-minute openings, we request that you do not contact us.) Please note: Meetings that become available at the last-minute will not include a manuscript review.
