All festival events are held at the Aspen Meadows Resort in the Doerr Hosier building.
The Aspen Meadows Resort is located at 845 Meadows Rd.

Literary Festival pass includes all Festival events and receptions at the Doerr-Hosier Center. The annual benefit dinner and AfterWORDS events may have separate tickets and are not included with the pass.

All sales are final. Tuition, passes, and tickets are non-refundable. Tickets that have not been used may be redeemed at the end of the season for a charitable contribution receipt equal to the value of the ticket(s).

The Aspen Writers’ Foundation reserves the right to change or cancel any speaker and/or session without notice.

Participants may pick up their Festival Passes at Will Call during registration on Sunday 4pm to 5pm or prior to the first event they attend.

Your pass or ticket guarantees you a seat up to 10 minutes before event start time. In the event of a sell-out, all seats unclaimed 10 minutes prior to start time — including those of passholders — will be released for sale.

The Aspen Summer Words venue, Doerr-Hosier Center, is ADA compliant. If you are a person with a disability requiring reasonable accommodations in order to participate in this program, please contact the AWF with your needs so that we know in advance how we may best assist you.
