  Michael Chabon is the prize-winning author of The Mysteries of Pittsburgh; A Model World and Other Stories; Werewolves in Their Youth; The Final Solution; The Yiddish Policeman’s Union; Maps and Legends; and Gentlemen of the Road. His second novel, the bestselling Wonder Boys, was made into a critically acclaimed film featuring actors Michael Douglas and Tobey Maguire. He has written numerous articles, essays, screenplays, and teleplays, including Spiderman 2.  His short story, “Son of the Wolfman,” was chosen for the 1999 O. Henry collection and a National Magazine Award.  His epic novel, The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay, won the 2001 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction.  Michael Chabon lives with his wife, author Ayelet Waldman, and their four children in Berkeley, California.

  Andrew Sean Greer is the bestselling author of The Story of a Marriage, which The New York Times has called an “inspired, lyrical novel,” and The Confessions of Max Tivoli, which was named a best book of 2004 by the San Francisco Chronicle and the Chicago Tribune while garnering many other coast-to-coast honors. His first novel, The Path of Minor Planets, and his story collection, How It Was for Me, were also published to wide acclaim. His stories have appeared in Esquire, The Paris Review, The New Yorker, and other national publications, and have been anthologized most recently in The Book of Other People and Best American Nonrequired Reading. He is the recipient of the PEN/O’Henry Prize for Short Fiction, the Northern California Book Award, and the California Book Award, among others. Greer lives in San Francisco and is teaching at the University of Iowa.
 
The Michael Chabon event, originally scheduled for February 21, has been moved to Monday, April 9.

As a single ticket holder, should you not be able to attend the event at the new date, please contact Aspen Show Tickets at 970.920.5770, and they will refund your purchase in full.
